Techniques such as episodic learning video, hot seating, and case studies using drama and a touch of comedy, while keeping things real, engage even the most hardy cynic!
Our LIFT Leadership Model is the foundation for all of our learning offerings and gives tools to LIFT as we climb. The LIFT Leadership Model is based on IPEC Energy Leadership Model and provides a process to LIFT ourselves and those we lead.
