What effect has the last year had on your organization? And what does your

organization’s culture have to do with it? I surveyed employees from a wide range of

companies to explore these questions and better understand what made companies

successful in navigating the changes and challenges during the pandemic, social unrest,

and company-specific upheaval. The survey I asked companies to complete included six

simple questions that highlight the energy that runs through an organization, which

represents the way the culture is formed and the strongest influences that drive the

culture.
