Wow, so much happening in the world right now, and all of us learning to work another way (if we are lucky enough to still have a job) is right up there in the list of things we need to master.

You may not be working with a new team, but you certainly may be working with a team in a new way! And that includes the team you have at home with you as you change how and maybe when you work.

You are probably familiar with (or it may be something that is new to you) Bruce Tuckman's Forming, Storming, Norming, and Performing model and this model applies to now as much as it ever did.
