With over 20 years of experience in Talent Management, Pam Burgess has built a deep expertise in the fields of Learning and Development (L&D), Talent Management and Organizational Development (OD). She currently holds the role of Owner and Managing Partner of Prequel Coaching and Development. Her primary objectives are to provide proven experiential learning for corporate employees, through which they can excel personally, and professionally, in turn, driving development that improves business performance. Pam is a certified professional coach and holds an ELI Master Certification in the Energy Leadership Index.
In prior roles, Pam managed L&D and OD functions for companies that ranged from 10,000 to 60,000 employees, including time spent with Smith & Nephew, Delta College Corporate Services, Dow Chemical, Dow Corning, and Textron. She excels in work that involves professional facilitation, drama-based learning, competency development, leadership development, talent management, performance management, learning that incorporates the arts, coaching, 360’s, and consulting. She has effectively managed teams of OD professionals across all three continents.
Pam graduated from Saginaw Valley State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a focus on Organizational Communication. She is a certified trainer in Myers Briggs (MBTI), Insights, Center for Creative Leadership 360, Achieve Global and Development Dimensions International (DDI) among others, and is a Methodology Master in LaMarsh Change Management. Pam has developed training and team events for all levels and functions of an organization and facilitated in over 15 countries around the world.

With 20 plus years of learning and development experience, Cindy has provided learning solutions to leaders, managers, and employees globally. She has developed partnerships with Fortune 100 organizations to design and deliver local and global learning solutions that have resulted in both increased personal and organizational performance.
In addition to designing learning solutions, Cindy facilitates a variety of leadership, team-building and communication skills workshops both face-to-face and virtually for organizations such as the Dow Chemical Company, Nexteer Automotive, General Motors, Teachers Credit Union and Unilever. She has led workshops across the United States, Netherlands, Switzerland, United Kingdom, China, Thailand, Malaysia and India.
Cindy is a Master Trainer for Development Dimensions International (DDI) and is also certified with Achieve Global, Myers Briggs, Wilson Learning, Interaction Associates, and Blanchard and Associates.
Cindy graduated from Michigan State University with an MBA in Human Resources. Her undergraduate degree, a BS in Business Education, is from Central Michigan University. Cindy has authored and published two books that provide readers with strategies and techniques for objectives-based discussions, group problem-solving, and facilitating group dynamics

Jodi has 15 years of experience in multiple industries such as film, travel, and retail. Jodi holds the position of Co-Founder and Managing Partner for Prequel Coaching and Development.
Jodi attended New York Film Academy, and has served in many capacities in the film industry. Her experience includes acting for film and stage, casting director, and various production roles. Jodi recognizes talent and is skilled at matching that talent to the roles that help them shine. She has authored scenes and created content for improv exercises, theater performances, and marketing material.
She has worked in large organizations such as Jet Blue and numerous small organizations where she has held positions working with customers, and has contributed to high customer satisfaction and loyalty through her professionalism and skill. She has participated in numerous team management and leadership training programs, which she has been able to apply directly to her professional experiences.
