ART-BASED LEARNING

CWC_logo-final-color.jpg

Our flagship offering, the Communicating with Canvas workshop, helps teams explore their unique communication styles and abilities through a fun, interactive painting project. Team members learn to communicate more effectively by understanding each other’s styles and leveraging each other’s strengths.

They will work both collaboratively and independently on 11×14 canvas paintings that will represent their unique styles and strengths. The paintings can be displayed independently or together for a fun and colorful reminder of how best to communicate with each other.

Already use a personality profile and need a refresher for your employees?  Communicating with Canvas can be used in conjunction with personality profiles that you already use (such as DISC, Myers Briggs, Insights) as a way to refresh and reinforce the learning you have already invested in!

If you don't already utilize a personality profile with your team, we can provide a profile for you.

No need for artistic skills.  We walk you through the entire process and what you create is uniquely you!
